The process is driven from within the room. It is a highly dynamic and fluid process which comes together by the authentic engagement of the people in room participating in the creation of their best future for themselves, their colleagues and their organisation..
The process is broadly structured around “mastering self” and as such, content is generated around the specific issues that arise during the coaching intervention. It first identifies areas of stuckness or challenges faced, and then, where these areas are broad enough to have relevance to most team members, it is explored more in depth through a combination of mentoring (directive) and coaching (questioning) conversations.
Although every business is unique, every business is made up of people who all “suffer” equally from the human condition. Not knowing how to manage and navigate this suffering, creates more suffering. This process addresses the root issues of this human condition rather than the superficial symptoms that occur as a result of underlying issues. This commonality is often key in binding a team in realizing that many of their colleagues have similar challenges and they can tackle these together with a new, more constructive and energized mindset.
